These Terms & Policies explain the conditions that apply when you purchase a digital product, book a session, or otherwise purchase a paid offering through this website.

By completing a purchase or booking, you agree to the terms below.

Purchases & Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase or booking unless otherwise stated.

Prices and available offerings may change over time. The price shown at checkout at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to that transaction.

All sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products, tools, worksheets, guides, and other downloadable materials are non-refundable once purchased.

Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use it for your own personal or professional purposes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, share, or commercially distribute the product itself.

If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing a product you've purchased, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.

Mental Workshop Sessions

Booking a Mental Workshop reserves a specific block of time for your session.

Payment is due when the appointment is booked. Session purchases are final and non-refundable.

A session is intended to help you examine the problem, decision, question, or creative situation you've brought to the workshop, challenge assumptions, explore different perspectives, and develop greater clarity around your next move.

The session does not guarantee a particular creative, business, financial, personal, or other outcome. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take following the session.

Rescheduling

Appointments Are Final

Once an appointment is booked and paid for, the time is yours.

Because that time has been reserved specifically for you, appointments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

There is no 24-hour cancellation window and no need to contact me if you can't make it. I'll be there at the scheduled time. You either show up, or you don't.

If you don't attend, the appointment is considered completed and the payment is forfeited. If you'd like to meet another time, you'll need to book a new appointment.

This isn't a dental appointment. It's a deliberate commitment of your time and mine. Please don't book one unless you're prepared to show up and take the work seriously.

No-Shows and Late Arrivals

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the appointment is considered completed. It is not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time. The reserved time cannot be extended to account for a late arrival.

Refund Policy

Digital products and scheduled services are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

If I am unable to provide a service or product you purchased, I will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy.

If you experience a technical problem with something you've purchased, go to one of my official social channels and leave a comment that says:

“Donny, I have a problem.”

You don't need to explain the problem publicly. I'll recognize the phrase and help you from there.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, tools, worksheets, frameworks, written materials, and other original materials provided through this website remain my intellectual property.

Purchasing access to something does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property or grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publish it.

You're welcome to use what you learn through these materials and sessions in your own creative work, thinking, decisions, and projects. The restriction applies to copying or distributing the materials themselves—not to using the ideas and insights you develop from them.

Nature of the Services

The tools and Mental Workshop sessions offered through this website are intended for creative development, reflection, problem-solving, and educational purposes.

They are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other licensed professional services.

Any decisions you make based on a session, tool, discussion, or other material are ultimately your responsibility.

Website & Offering Changes

I may update, modify, replace, or discontinue website content, products, services, pricing, or availability at any time.

Changes do not alter the terms of a purchase that has already been completed unless necessary to provide the purchased service or required by law.

Privacy

Personal information collected through this website, purchases, forms, or appointment scheduling is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Third-party platforms used to operate the website, scheduling, payments, or related services may also process information according to their own policies.

Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing a digital product, booking a session, or completing another paid transaction through this website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Policies.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not complete the purchase or booking.
